I just downloaded the file and try to run the demo. It never allowed me to run the script. Plus, it gave me a message saying the demo period of 3 days was over and I needed to order the script.
Download the demo again. It's possible that the file was corrupted during downloading.

I've a list of 81 keywords. If I sort by demand or by adwords the first 19 positions are empty(0) and I do not see keywords. If I sort by supply or by ratio the last 19 positions are empty(OK). I do not know why.
Open a report file. Select cells (e.g., D7:G25), that contain "0" or "link", next (on the right side) to empty keyword cells. Click "Delete" key on a keyboard. Now it will work as expected.
When making search, 'words' and 'demand' column
appeared OK.
However, when I use calculate key, it will calculate
but there are no results. It will shown the following:
All supply column showed #VALUE!
All ratio column showed blank
All Adwords column showed '0'
